The partner is required to:
- Register a legal entity for consulting and education
- Open and maintain a customer service office in the business district of the city
- Recruit personnel and teach them customer service principles
- Attract clients and provide customer service, or transfer the latter to OnFin
- Allocate funds for business development
Office requirements (recommendations):
- Location: business district of the city; Class A office building (class B is acceptable depending on the area)
- Minimum floor space: 50 sq m
- The office should be furnished, equipped with essential office machinery and have access to the Internet
